After registering, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link to verify your account and you'll get 5 free bids to start!

A penny auction is a unique type of auction where each bid increases the price by just $0.01 (one penny). Here's how it works:

• Auctions start at $0.00
• Each bid raises the price by $0.01
• Each bid extends the countdown timer by 10-15 seconds
• The last person to bid when the timer reaches zero wins
• The winner pays only the final auction price

Bids are purchased in bundles, with prices ranging from $20 to $200 depending on the package you choose:

• Starter Pack (100 bids): $20.00
• Basic Bundle (300 bids): $60.00
• Popular Pack (500 bids): $100.00
• Pro Pack (1,000 bids): $200.00

Proxy bidding (also called auto-bidding) is an automated bidding feature that places bids on your behalf. You set:

• Maximum bids: The maximum number of bids to use
• Maximum price: Stop bidding if the auction reaches this price

The system will automatically bid for you when you're outbid, as long as you have bids remaining and the price is below your maximum. You can cancel proxy bids at any time.

Buy It Now allows you to purchase an item immediately at a fixed price, regardless of the current auction status. Benefits include:

• Guaranteed purchase without waiting for the auction to end
• Some auctions credit your spent bids toward the Buy It Now price
• Not all auctions have Buy It Now enabled

Look for the "Buy It Now" button on auction pages where this option is available.

Each auction has a countdown timer that determines when the auction ends:

• Auctions typically start with a 2-minute countdown
• When a bid is placed with less than 30 seconds remaining, the timer extends by 10-15 seconds
• This gives other bidders a fair chance to respond
• When the timer reaches zero with no new bids, the auction ends
• The last bidder wins!

Click the heart icon on any auction to add it to your watchlist. Benefits of watching auctions:

• Quick access from your dashboard
• Email notifications when the auction is ending soon
• Notifications when you're outbid

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment processor (Stripe):

• Mastercard

• Discover

All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Winners have 3 days to complete payment for their won auction. Here's what happens:

• You'll receive an email notification immediately after winning
• Payment reminders are sent at 24 hours and 48 hours
• If payment isn't received within 3 days, a "strike" is added to your account
• After 3 strikes, bidding privileges may be suspended

Pay promptly to maintain good standing and receive your item quickly!

Our refund policy for bid purchases:

• Unused bids: Can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none have been used
• Used bids: Cannot be refunded once used in auctions
• Bonus bids: Free and bonus bids are non-refundable

To request a refund, contact our support team. Remember, the Buy It Now feature lets you apply spent bids toward a purchase, so they're never truly wasted!

Great news! Standard shipping is FREE on all won auctions within the continental United States.

• Standard shipping: FREE (5-7 business days)
• Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may have additional fees
• International shipping is not currently available

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also:

• View tracking information in your Won Auctions page
• Click the tracking number to view status on the carrier's website
• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item

Items typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

You can update your shipping address:

• Before payment: Update your address in your Profile, then pay
• After payment, before shipping: Contact support immediately
• After shipping: Contact the carrier directly to request a redirect (fees may apply)

We recommend keeping your shipping addresses up to date in your profile settings.

If you've forgotten your password:

• Go to the Forgot Password page
• Enter your email address
• Check your email for a reset link (expires in 2 hours)
• Click the link and create a new password

If you're logged in and want to change your password, go to your Profile settings.

Strikes are warnings added to your account for policy violations:

• Failing to pay for a won auction within 3 days
• Violations of our terms of service
• Suspected bot or fraudulent activity

Consequences:

• 1-2 strikes: Warning notification
• 3 strikes: Bidding privileges suspended

If you believe a strike was added in error, please contact support.

Earn free bids by referring friends!

• Find your unique referral code in your Dashboard
• Share it with friends
• When they sign up and make their first purchase, you both earn bonus bids:
• You get: 15 free bids
• They get: 10 bonus bids on their first purchase

There's no limit to how many friends you can refer!
